How do I make an exchange? Damaged or Defective Items If once the ugg boots you receiving from us is broken or damaged, Please notify us by email at frist, stating the reasons for the return in 3 days since you received goods! you can return the items for echange or a full refund. The order ID is always needed in your e-mail. Then wait our reply to obtain the return address. Please send us the pictures and reason details of the returned items and send it to service@styleuggboots.com All items can only exchange for equal price replacement or lesser value.If exchanging for a lesser value item,the remaining balance will be refunded to your Credit Card.Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
When will a refund be issued for the returned/exchanged product? After the boots are sent back to us, please allow around 10 working days for the parcel to reach our company and further 48 hours for the refund to be processed. We will refund as soon as possible after we receiving we the return items.Make sure that the products in its original condition. That means the product hasn't been tampered, worn, damaged and so on. We can not accept a return if it is not in the same condition as we shipped to you. All returns are at the customers' own cost. |
